How Miniveni works
Miniveni is a small transport service: we run our own minivans with our own licensed drivers.
1. You send a request
Tell us the route, date and time, people and luggage in the form. You see an estimate at once. Nothing is booked or paid yet.
2. We confirm on WhatsApp
We check a free van and driver and send you the final price, usually within 15–30 minutes (09:00–22:00 Tbilisi time; later requests the next morning). The trip is booked when you say yes.
3. Your driver
The day before, you get the driver's name and phone, the van and its plate. At airports the driver waits in the arrivals hall with a name sign; the first 60 minutes after landing are free.
4. Paying
No prepayment. You pay the driver on the day, in cash (GEL, USD or EUR) or by card.
5. Changes and cancellation
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pick-up. Changes are possible at any time if a van is free; just write to us.
6. Our vans and drivers
The drivers hold the licence category their van needs (D1 for more than 8 passengers), know the mountain roads and drive with winter tyres and chains in the season.
7. Your data
We use your details only to organise your trip, and share them only with the driver assigned to it. See the privacy policy.
